September 2014 Michaël Bloos created together with CASCOLAND (International network of artists, architects, designers and performers in public pace) and Karien van Assendelft (language artist) SLEEP KID. For one of these actions Michaël Bloos slept one night outside at the Kolenkit.
With his bed on wheels he spend the night at 4 different locations in the neighborhood. Violence and vandalism were feared, but we were surprised by many friendly conversations and reactions from young and old by-passers.
