Squares, malls and other public spaces are transformed into a party location, including DJ’s, disco lights, VIP lounge, cocktailbar and bouncers (except these bouncers kick people in instead of out), for exactly 10 minutes. On a spot that could use a party, passers-by can escape from their daily routine by partying together. A clock counts down, and after exactly 10 minutes the party and partygoers dissolve into the city again.
